Mansoor Jan
Interim President/CEO
Mansoor Jan has spent 18 years of his career in the mining industry. Having started his mining career in 2007 as a graduate with a Rio Tinto majority-owned alumina refinery at Gladstone, Queensland, Mansoor went on to a corporate role in Brisbane to work in Rio Tinto’s Energy Business Development division. He then moved to BHP in 2015, working in business planning, logistics, business development and technology functions in both Brisbane and Chile. Mansoor holds a BA / MSc Economics and a Master of Commerce from University of New South Wales.

Vincent Cardin-Tremblay, P.Geo
VP Exploration
Vincent Cardin-Tremblay is an accomplished geologist who brings extensive national and international experience in exploration and mine geology operating in the Americas and Africa. Mr. Cardin-Tremblay was Vice President, Geology for Nomad Royalty Company prior to its successful sale to Sandstorm Gold. Prior to joining Nomad Royalty Company, he was Vice President, Geological Services at Harte Gold. He worked as Director, Exploration and Geology at Golden Star Resources Inc. and Geology Superintendent at the Rosebel mine in Suriname for IAMGOLD. Mr. Cardin-Tremblay also worked for Freeport-McMoRan, and for Glencore at the Matagami and Raglan mines. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Université du Québec à Montréal. He is also a member of the board of directors of l’Association de l’exploration minière du Québec.

Vincent Metcalfe

Vincent Metcalfe is an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience in the metals and mining sector. Mr. Metcalfe was one of the founders and was the CEO and Chair of the Nomad Royalty Company which was acquired by Sandstorm in August 2022. Prior to his involvement with Nomad Royalty Company, Mr. Metcalfe held a number of officer and senior executive roles with Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange listed resource companies within the Osisko group of companies. As an executive, he helped several companies advance and develop mining projects. He has extensive shareholder relations and proven experience in capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and financial engineering. Prior to his executive roles, he advised resource clients, in both mergers & acquisitions advisory and financing at large Canadian investment banks for nearly 10 years. In 2023, Vincent was awarded with the YMP Peter Munk award, which recognizes a young mining professional, who over the past year, and during their careers, have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and innovative thinking to provide value for their companies and shareholders. Mr. Metcalfe is a partner with Nomad Resource Partners.
Sebastien Bellefleur

Sébastien Bellefleur is a partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2005. He practices in the areas of securities, mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate law, specializing in the mining sector where he advises many exploration and mining companies in all types of transactions. He has played a role in several corporate reorganizations, restructurings, takeover bids and proxy solicitations for shareholders’ meetings. Mr. Bellefleur is recognized in Canada as a leader in mergers and acquisitions law and mining law by Best Lawyer.

Jean-François Madore is a financial planner and currently wealth-manager specialist with Industrial Alliance, Assurance et Services Financiers Inc. Mr. Madore has acquired twenty years experience in the financial industry.

Mr. Potts is a seasoned professional with vast experience in raising capital and elevating market awareness for mining companies and other junior firms. He is currently serving as a board member for three companies and has played a crucial role in the success of numerous other public companies. Apart from this, he has also worked in the commercial real estate industry, where he was responsible for managing and developing various types of properties.
